Afrihost dropping the ball

Afrihost is my ISP. I have been without internet for days, due to a fault with OpenServe. Afrihost don’t follow up with OpenServe and don’t have any details of the fault or when it will be fixed. It seems that they think it’s my problem, even though I am paying them. Even at one point , the helpdesk consultant was supposed to lodge the issue with OpenServe and didn’t. I had to phone back to follow up to get the next consultant to do so. Seriously unimpressed.
