Afrihost dropping the *****

Afrihost broke my site www.persiancatrescue.co.za "server malfunctioning excuse", been 1 week and they cannot rectify. Emails are down and cpanel doesn't' work. Customer care takes soooo long to respond and when they finally do - they ask "are you still there? " Pathetic service
