AFRIHOST DROPPED THE BALL!

The service I received from Afrihost was ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING and I have it all in writing from emails to WhatsApp. It took 9 emails and various WhatsApp discussions to get the delivery name and address confirmed. Finally a confirmation that my address and contact name was correct BUT when courier arrived it was STILL INCORRECT. I phoned while courier was with me but after being asked to hold on phone for 36 minutes I hung up. The time and effort was not worth it. I do not think management even care otherwise they would have phoned me given all the incompetence of the agents.....
