Afrihost. Drop Cell C and revive your magnificent customer service!!

I've been with sfrihost internet for over 6 yrs and it's been an incredibly enjoyable experience.their customer service led by their ceo has been best perfect and that's very hard to maintain. Well done folks. BUT oh dear their tv streaming programme has been a nitemare. I bought their modem for R1400 and 50 gig dstv streaming application with Cell c. The first 2 weeks it didn't work just flashed on off and they told me I'd used 45 gig data. I decided to cancel cos cell c are in trouble. Out of the blue afrihost then told me there was a r1000 cancellation fee. For no service and no prior notice of that is disgraceful. I wrote and told them to tell their ceo cos I'm sure he doesn't know what's happening cos if he did he'd stop it. I'm writing this cos I hope he hears about this and gets that service where the rest of afrihost is so excellent. John in kleinbrak rivier.
