Afrihost dragged feet to fix my problem

Hi there<br> <br> I just wanted to say i'm not happy with the service i received from Afrihost. My website was down since Friday last week. I launched a query with them and they told me Friday that they are busy working on a problem. They only solved the problem this morning. This means my website was down for 3 full days. I lost a client because of this. I host my website on their shared server. I'm not happy at all.
