How useless, We are down since Thursday the 6th of Feb 2025. We logged tickets and get no solutions. We got feedback the 9th of Feb 2025 saying that they are sorting out the last few issues. I called now the 10th of Feb 2025 and I was told, "to be honest, I dont think they will sort this out anytime soon, it is a "no go zone". I asked what can we do who can we speak to and she said nothing and no one. How are we paying for something we now cant use, we have to buy data everyday for work. I was told it wont be sorted. How can you work like this???
