Afrihost don't want our business!

I ordered a home fibre line. Thie was installed immediately by Vumatel. I then ordered the router and was told by the call center agent (Dewald) this would be delivered by Monday morning. When I followed up (45 minutes on the phone), it seems Dewald **** to me. He hadn't ordered the router. Please Afrihost, why should I continue with you as an ISP? Maybe a smaller ISP company would actually want my business. If any other ISP is reading this, please contact me. I need to do business with honest people who are reliable and dont tell lies!!
