AFrihost don't like cancellations

I had such amazing service from Afrihost but wow the minute you try and cancel, oh gosh the story. You have to go onto their website to cancel. You have to give a reason. You receive an email to say they have received your cancellation notice, but don't believe it. They give you one free month and then start billing you again. Beware.
