Afrihost don’t deliver!

We have 4mb/s uncapped fiber, but only 1 person can use it at a time.

It’s slow - under 1mb per second and like I say - it’s only suitable for one user

I have written emails to ask that the problem get fixed, but I have been flat out ignored.

I want out - I am cancelling today - and I just wanted people to know upfront that Afrihost has not provided what they agreed and when I queried the same they ignored me.

In fact - when I queried that they ignored me they ignored me again.

It’s been over a month...

Afrihost are not the kind of ISP you can rely on to deliver. Your business dealings will come to a standstill. Your family will bicker, you’ll just give up on them and find a better ISP - coz what else can you do?
