AFRIHOST - Dont care about their customers

This company simply does not care about their clients. I have been complaining about intermittent services e for months and they keep on giving me the run around. They provide no proper explanation for the issue and have not offered to come have a look at my issue or to log a call with the vumatel people. I have even copied the CEO but Im not even sure he gets the maisl but I contantly get a supposed sms fom him to rate their service? They may not even subscribe to HelloPeter. Too.many complaints maybe?
