Afrihost doesn't need business

Tried migrating my fibre as I moved, but calling afrihost they said it would take 48 hours. The whatsapp call centre said it doesn't work that way and needs to be logged before billing time. They said it's ok if I change my provider as Clearly they don't need my business.... Now I'm paying for fibre I don't have for a Month????? Wow!
