Afrihost doesn't know how to work with Wix and Gmail

I have been using Afrihost's domain services for many years now but unfortunately their technical service has declined MASSIVELY. Since 19 Nov I have stopped being able to send or receive emails from my business account hosted by Afrihost for no apparent reason. Technicians have said Their technicians keep promising that it has been fixed but it never is. They don't know how to work with people connecting to Wix or gmail. I am horribly disappointed by how terrible their technical assistance has become. Truly, they have no idea what they are doing ( I have spoken to more than 5 different technicians) and I have lost a LOT of business and reputation because of this. I highly recommend NOT using Afrihost for any domain hosting whatsoever. I am looking into other hosting providers for ALL of my domains.
