Afrihost doesn't give a s#! + about your weekend fibre connection issues

These platforms should have a 0 rating as Afrihost deserves a 0 not even 1 star. This company is under the delusion that they are so impressive that they don't require a support call centre over a weekend. Clearly they believe their systems to be so superior that we mere customers should be so audacious to complain on a weekend. Please wake the hell up Afrihost and stop burying your head in the sand on weekends and listen to your customers. Greenstone Hill has had 2 issues on 30 Sept 2023 and now at 21h50 on 14 October with fibre connections and there's NO way for us to report this.
