Afrihost doesn't care about their clients

Afrihost does not care about their clients.

I have been struggling for three weeks to get my adsl line working again. I tried everything: Their whatsapp staff don't even bother to reply Their email staff are *********** Their call center staff tells my they "can't tell me when my line will be up and running again" Their ticket support tells me to switch the router off and on again?

This is just terrible service and they are not going to even reimburse me for the airtime and hours I spent on the phone as well as business I lost due to the line being down and finally not having internet for 3 weeks.
