Afrihost Doesn't Care

Afrihost's service has degenerated badly over the course of this year. They don't care and offering no help to their customers while taking their money is what they specialise in. They don't even respond to our complaints here on this platform because they don't care. My LTE service is currently not online since 22 Nov, and I have contacted them several times and they have blamed MTN for this. The irony is the fact that I use MTN on my cellphone and the LTE works perfectly. Afrihost's wireless LTE service on the other hand has been off since 22 Nov.

I work from home, so I've had to buy extra data for my cellphone and then use it to do my job. Afrihost simply doesn't care. Afrihost's customer service is disgusting.
