Afrihost does not support Mac users

I contacted Afrihost for help with slower speed than what I am paying for. The consultant asked me to plug my laptop into the router with a LAN cable. I own an MacBook pro which doesn't have a LAN port, those were phased out years ago. The consultant then said they couldn't help me.

So in short Afrihost is saying they cannot support Mac users at all. Pretty pathetic if you ask me.
