AFRIHOST DOES NOT RESOLVE ISSUES TIMEOUSLY

For the past month I could not receive or send out emails from my new domain setup. Yesterday a junior support assistant tried to help and gave a 'mumbo jumbo' explanation that servers change all the time so it is normal to have the problem even in years to come. Really! I never once had problems with emails in the past. I called again this morning and 'Siswa' was supposed to assist....still waiting! WAKE UP AFRIHOST - THIS IS A COMPANY ACCOUNT, it is enough that we have Eskom killing business we do not expect shoddy service from a privatised company!!!
