Afrihost does not know how to service clients

I have not received any feedabck from your staff members. No one bothers to assist me and as you see we are now at this stage where I have to contact you being the head of support.

I don’t see why I need to follow up with Afrihost everyday for something that you guys offer. I am horified with this service and I would like feedback by close of business today or a call regarding this installation as we were promised it would be done in the next 5 to 7 working days on the 27th October 2017 from Sheldon in the complaints department. We are currently on day 5 and we still have not received a call to schedule a time to come and do the installation.

Oh and by the way we ordered this on the 07th October 2017 until Sheldon confirmed on the 25th that this was not even ordered just shows how disgusting the service is that I get from Afrihost.

I sent an email to the head of support on the 03/11/2017 Warren and just like the staff members no answer.
