Afrihost does not honour their own refer-a-friend program

Afrihost does not honour their own website advertising a refer-a-friend program. We have been with Afrihost Pure Fibre for 3 months. I'm starting to have doubts about this organisation. I referred someone to sign-up with Afrihost yesterday, I totally regret doing so.
