Afrihost does not care about there customers with problems!!!

It has been a month now since we received the CellC sim and huawei B618. We are still having problems with the CellC sim, even when using it in a huawei B315. I can not believe that a company like Afrihost gives such poor / shocking service!!!

This has been no "Joy" trying to get support for 1 month without anyone bothered to assist us!!!! They do not care about there customers!!!!!!!!!
