Afrihost does not care about fixed wireless

For the past month my fixed wireless has been next to useless. I cannot even open afrihost's website to log a fault, the ping times out but the network on the device has good signal strength, when I do get to log a fault Afrihost keeps referring back to rain that tells them to tell me to reboot the device and or relocate the device as the network is congested which is utter bull and I have done it multiple times without success, I have had internet before that was congested and the signal drops drastically on the device but was still usable this is more like shaping app**** to a capped account but shouldn't have any shaping as it is not in the contract and I have not reached anywhere near my cap.
