Afrihost, DO YOU EVEN HAVE EDUCATED PEOPLE WORKING THERE???

Today I thought I am going to kick down doors at afrihost after receive the ABSOLUTE most useless feedback in my life.... I have been talking to Portia S for a whike now in regarda with my utterly useless cellc fixed lte that I have with afrihost, my signal is -69 with a 4g external antenna, I told them this CLEARLY in a email that was actually about 2 responses below the feedback I got today....

Do you wish to guess what feedback I got..... Yes you guessed it, I must please install a external antenna as this might help..... I am truly and honestly speechless. So I have been waiting for ALMOST 2 weeks now for a feedback of something that I have done in December 2018 already and that is to install a external 4g antenna.

Do these people actually read their emails or are they just this uneducated when it comes to their jobs?

Does afrihost actually care about who they appoint or is it just to fill positions??

Please people, before going with afrihost, rather send a letter via the post office or fly to where ever and copy the data on a usb. It will be less stress.
