Afrihost do not honour commitment
I app**** for a fibre line, followed up on whatsapp chat, each and every chat with staff I have been **** to. Absolutely ridiculous. Promise of 14 days before installation is a houx

09 Jan 2023, 09:08Afrihost also did not change my debit order details I changed in September. Now my debit order did not go through, as I closef that bank account. I contacted them and asked that they send a new debit order to the correct bankdetails immediately because it was not my fault. Today I got notified that they still did not activate payment on the correct account. I phoned and was told that I have to make an immediate payment, they can not request a new payment, it is linked to the closed account. I have one product with them and were supposed to “link” the payment to that bank account in September? How would I know you have to link one product? Now I am stuck. I have to pay for their incompetence or stupid program
