Afrihost Dissappointment

I have been very unimpressed with Afrihost. I upgraded from a 10mb to a 100mb line during the start of the week. I later received an email to say that it had gone through and I could access client zone to verify this. However, my internet now has been running at a slower pace than ever. It feels like I am back on dial up! I have phoned 3 times now and nothing has changed. I previously left MWeb due to an issue similar to this and am now regretting my decision. A friend of mine was able to change his line within an hour with them! This is appalling business.
