Afrihost dissappointing service

I really wish i read the previous posts regarding Afrihost absolute shocking service. I place an order on the 18th of May, they debit my account the next day (of a fee minimized on the quote so i didnt see it until i had to go and look into the case R1800 installation), they delivered the router and then nothing. I follow up a week later (today 26 May) and is told that sorry, this is now a manual process so there actually is no ETA on installation. Total bull, then i ask for more assistance, the operators response "me logging the call is assistance", they dont have any contact with their service providers?? Why are you in business with them then?
