Afrihost dissapoints after 14 years.

My name is Josua de villiers and I have been a client at afrihost for almost 14 years and i am disappointed and angry. I was promissed by one of the customer support staff that if i canceled my one fibe line before the 20th i will not be charged for it. On the 15th i cancelked and the app also assured me the product will be cancelled before march. Thy put off the whone fiber line and is trying the charge me for both lines, that is *****ing.
