Afrihost, dishonesty!

I've only had my account (***) with Afrihost for 3 months and they want to increase my monthly premium by 15%, seriously!!

Then they say that from the 1st of February I'll get 400mbps until 1st June, to soften the blow, that's a lie, its the 16th Feb and I'm only getting 90mbps odd. Is Afrihost really this dishonest or ***********?? It's shameful! Really disappointed
