Afrihost dishonest practices

I am on a 100MB Fiber line with Afrihost. Every year, the price of Fiber goes down, but instead of giving you the lower rate, they automatically upgrade the account to the next level, saying that they are running a special promotion and upgrading your account for free. This is the lie. The previous time this was done to me, I specifically said that they mustn't do it again. But they keep on doing it. This is just an dishonest practice. Upgrading the account without getting permission. It is theft.
