Afrihost disgusting verification method

Couldn't log into clientzone due to new process of entering an OTP, sent whatsapp for assistance as I realised I many have an old number linked to my profile, was asked to email my ID copy which I did immediately. Hours later I'm asked to send a picture of myself holding the ID as verification. What kind of verification is that, when I opened my account Afrihost didn't request for a picture of myself holding my ID and take my money every month. For an ICT company, come on, this is disgusting, be innovative!! I did as you requested by sending my ID and was never told about taking ridiculous pictures, I want to access my account, this is having a negative impact on my business.
