Afrihost - Disgusting customer and after sales service.

The most appalling, careless, no worries and disgusting customer service I have ever seen. I have been trying for over a week to get my Fibre line transferred to my new address. no one has contacted me or updated me to make arrangements to get this done. I have spoken to more than 5 Afrihost reps in the past week. each one has a different story and the only response I am getting is excuses. Afrihost is quick to take your money but does nothing for after sales service or delivery. All they keep telling me is I must wait, wait for what ? No rep at Afrihost has any competent customer service skills and they have no idea what is going on around them.
