Afrihost , disgusted with the poor service.

My fiber line has been offline for two days now , each time I try to ask for assistance from Afrihost I’m being told I need to update my banking details, I’ve done so several times. Yet each time I’m being told the same thing, update your details, and no results. Repeating the same process over and over. This is the worst service I received from any ISP, who has no solutions to an issue besides say retry updating you banking details. Each month the payment goes off , now all of a saddened there is an issue. I’m disgusted with the way ,no assistance is given to the help resolve restore my fiber line connectivity.
