Afrihost discriminating against people of the Cape Flats!

We have had Afrihost as our ISP for nearly a year at first we could log into our router to restrict itmes our kids had acces to the internet. This policy was changed and we no longer have access to the router. I spend the better part of a day going back and forth between Afrihost & Vumatel who both point fingers to eachother for blocking access to the IP of the router. What flipped me was when an Afrihost consultant stopped short of saying that people form Mitchells Plain are stupid and unable to use this funtion on the router.

Afrihost what is the reason we are restricted from this function? Who made this call and and gave go ahead? Why was i not consulted before this was done?
