Afrihost disconnects every 2 minutes

I am disappointed with the internet experience I've had with Afrihost . Every two minutes, the internet disconnects, and the consultants' only advice is to buy a new router when my router is in perfect condition. I'm paying two months now for a service I'm not getting. Now I am looking for a new service provider.
