Afrihost charges clients not once but twice, for your first month deb.

The worst part of this compliant is that we have been waiting one month for an ONT box to be installed by Openserve that must be locked by Afrihost.

Every contact centre consultant, when you call in to follow up that they dont do, keeps escalating the situation.

Serval emails has been send and no response, for weeks we have been waiting no call recieved.

WORST FIBRE Provider every, please come and collect your Wifi router its useless using an wifi router without an complete ONT box that activates the fibre line, NEVER AGAIN.
