Afrihost Disappointment

I took a Telkom LTE contract with Afrihost, when I ran out of data I topped up on Monday 10/10/22, today its 12/10/22 and Im still waiting. I called Telkom direct and they said that Afrihost did not submit my request for a top up YET (this was yesterday) I have been in contact with Afrihost and all they say is that I must wait, Im trying to run a small business and If I did not have back up I would have been in serious trouble, I will not use Afrihost again and I dont recommend anyone to go through this.
