Afrihost disappointing service!

What disappointing service. Have logged two tickets, phoned three times, send numerous emails and absolutely NO response. All we need is someone to fasten the fibre cable as we cannot do it ourselves (we do not want to take a chance of breaking it). Do we need to wait until we have no more fibre???
