Afrihost disabled SIM for no valid reason and refuses to issue a refund

Got tired of logging tickets for the same, no one cares to escalate. They disabled my SIM and I receive neither a service nor refund. After years in operation my device (Huawej B315) suddenly was declared "invalid" No reasons why this is the case, the device is working perfectly.
