Afrihost delivery time

Order placed 3 weeks ago, never new i still had to verify payment. Payment verified 30 May. Was told 3-5 Days to received my goods 7th May goods with courier 9th May courier says goods can only be delivered 15th May. A TOTAL OF 15 DAYS TO RECEIVE GOODS? SAME Support person then changes story that delivery is 3-10 days? Not 3-5 Days.
