Afrihost delivers TERRIBLE service

As long as I have had their fibre service, I have had an issue with loss of internet. Disconnections lasting up to 5 minutes at a time, several times an hour. There is no pattern, it can even happen in the early hours of the day. You talk to a consultant, only from 08h30 and you get a reference number. Vumatel will investigate and then a few days later, you get a sms from Vuma, stating that they cant find the problem and a technician will have to come to your premises. You NEVER hear from the technician. In the last 3 days, the problem has become unbearable. Up to 10 disconnections per hour. Is this the service i am paying for? DEFINITALY NOT. I am contemplating changing service provider if this is not rectified very quickly
