Afrihost delited My website

I have a website called oursocialpartners.co.za and it been working fine up until Afrihost decided to block it. I've made a phone call and I have spoken to Mtholozisi. That guy waisted my 2 hours on the phone. At that time it was around 12:00 up until 2pm. He said the reason why they have block my website was because of the htaccess file. I vent an email then some decided to request my cpanel details so that they can restore my site and I gave them with the hope that the problem will be solved. What they did, they decided to delete the database with 41 tables are restore only 12 tables. I've been sending emails from around 2 lm and now it 10:00 pm and there is no one who is willing to help
