AFRIHOST- DEFINE CUSTOMER CENTRICITY???

What a bizarre experience!!!!!!

Signed up on 28 May 2024 for a contract to commence on 01 June 2024, experienced NUMEROUS of problems at the sales/on board phase which should have been a red flag, continued to follow-up on their numerous of platforms.....was transferred from one to the other!!!!

Today on day 20 of June, something happened but not because I followed due diligence but just because I "knew someone that knows someone"...in 2024...ridiculous!!!!!
