Afrihost Dedicated Server setup
We are now on day 3 trying to get Afrihost to install cPanel onto our dedicated server. I have phoned numerous times and whenever I phone it seems my request for cPanel has not been lodged and I am told that I have to start from the beginning, this level of incompetence has left a bitter feeling toward Afrihost. This is a service that we will be paying for and can't make use of it as it has not been installed. I am very unhappy with the service I have received thus far.

The cPanel license and install have been added to your server, and should be immediately accessible.
Our Accounts Team has passed a credit note on your account, for your Cloud Server, this credit will be used against in future payments made on your Afrihost Account.
Our Cloud Server deployments can be managed from your Afrihost ClientZone, with each Client being able to access and manage the Operating System on the server as well as the current add-ons.
