Afrihost debits on closed accounts

I canceled my services 2 months ago. And last month everything was ok, i was only debited for email services. Miraculously this month i was debited the full amount. Totally unprofessional after i even called time and time again to confirm that everything is canceled as i wa moving over to another services provider due to such incompetency . May i kindly get my money reversed!!
