Afrihost debit order ****

I have a package with afrihost that I should be paying monthly but they hardly debit my account and end up adding R50 for rejected debit of which I don't understand why I had to pay my bank and them for rejected debit order even expensive than the bank so I added a different account for debit order of which I'm instructed to verify bit there's no verification code on my bank statement so I've been trying to pay them manual but it says my account is up to date come tomorrow they'll will add R50 for failed debit order I've been experiencing that with them all the time they don't debit on time just to add that R50
