Afrihost debit accounts twice

My account debited twice every month since February'25. I have send all proof even my bank has confirmed the amount is debited twice. Afrihost is wanting some pay fast proof - my bank account however gets debited - I dont go make these payments myself. The people is not understanding my frustration. I need all the duplicate amounts to be returned to my account. Spoken to Eldridge, Boitumelo, (#GFY-***0) I dont even wat to mention CHATBOT. I need this to be resolved, asap. Thank you
