I can't believe you had the audacity to debit my account for services that was never received ????????????, how pathetic and highly ***********. Look at the message l received but you still debited my account for services never received.

Luvhengo, Evairn, Tsumi.,Thato escalated my case to Cell C and I was assured by all of them that a cancelation request has been done as they could see l can't CONNECT and one of the Supervisor must authorize.
After such a long history of complaint only IDIOTS behave like this.
Get this sorted and stop debiting my account for services that was never received

As i type i have an invoice that says cancellation of cell c promo of R999 that your accounts wants to debit from account. i spoke to Vallencia from your accounts and all she said is "SORRY THE AMOUNT IS PAYABLE EVEN IF YOU DID NOT HAVE COVERAGE BUT BECAUSE YOU SIGNED UP WITH US. oh noooo Giaan that is bad customer care especially if there is proof from AFRIHOST that i never connected from day one. l logged a query the minute i received the line and i have been on chats with your support people for 3months imagine and still invoices are sent to settle account. oh nooooooo thats not right.
i have been an afrihost client since 2016 if you can check my records,then you think i can just get into a package and cancel it for no reason???? Furthermore i canceled with your support people and they assured me all is requested for cancellation as initially they confirmed coverage only later SPHISO discovered that there is no coverage and Thato confirmed that as well. i beleive your phonecalls are recorded please kindly request for these records and listen.
