Afrihost customer service stinks!

The WORST customer service ever!!!!! My internet was cancelled by Afrihost because they or their fibre partner, Vumatel, linked my fibre box incorrectly linked to another address - an admin bungle up. When the owner of the other address requested a change is ISP, MY line got cancelled!!!!! It took me a week to get it sorted. My cell phone contract was drained, I could not work and the only reason it got sorted is because I kept on pushing. Today my internet is down again! No point in using the self service options, they are useless. The internet has been off the WHOLE day so far without as much as a word from Afrihost. I was a happy customer when their customer service used to be good, but it has deteriorated and the self service options are unusable. They dont deserve the star I gave them.
