Afrihost customer service pathetic

I logged a call to transfer my wifi line to my new address. It's 3 weeks later I'm still without wifi. I constantly have to call, messsage, email to get an update. This us professional and such an inconvenience. I use the wifi for work purposes at times. This has caused such an inconvenience. The service is **********!!!
