Afrihost customer service none existent

I’ve been waiting over 2 months for Afrihost to install my fiber at my house. Every time I contact them they tell me that someone would phone me back only to never hear from them. When the guys were here to install the line they could apparently not find the fiber box outside my house. When I pointed out the box they said it was a water box even though the name is very clear on the box “Frogfoot”. I kept on phoning for an update and not once did they make contact or let me know what is happening. I’m still waiting for all the phone calls I’ve been promised. One can’t complain about customer service cause there is none. I would bot recommend Afrihost to anyone. In fact stay as far away from them as possible. They are eager to take your money but their service is none existent. I’m an existing customer so I won’t just leave the matter here. I’ve requested my service with them be cancelled, but yet again have not received any phone call from them (surprise surprise)
