Afrihost Customer Service Non Existing

For 2 days now I have been requesting for my LTE sim to be unblocked but I get no response from the support staff and I'm being ignored.

I relocated to a farm and have sent my location numerous times through to them and yet I'm still not being assisted with the matter.

This is pathetic service and an excuse of a company, never have I been this disappointed in joining something.
